Your deposit amount is good for any caravane spirit of Morocco tour or trek, any time, if you have to cancel your scheduled tour or trek, we will hold your deposit at full value indefinitely until you are able to rebook.
CANCELLATION
Cancellassions of the trip is something no one of us like but we have to deal with.
- Less than 90 days, we keep your deposit 30%
- 15 to 8 days before departure: 50 % of the total invoice
- 8 to 4 days before departure: 75 % of the total invoice
- 4 to 1 day before departure: 100 % of the total invoice
How do you accept payment We accepts payment either by bank transfer or by direct transfer via Western Union. We will provide you by the payment information once you decide to book. If you choose the bank transfer payment method, please note that you will be asked to send us by email a copy of the transfer receipt.
Do you accept online payment?
Unfortunately we can't accept it for the moment. Online transfers and paypal are not available in Morocco. Our team is trying to resolve this issue.
Responsibility:
Caravane spirit of Morocco can only be responsible for making the arrangements for all services ordered and paid by the client and cannot be held responsible for the following events: Strikes, social events, bad weather, wars and loss of luggage or other effects.
Caravane spirit of Morocco, reserves the right to make any changes of transport, lodging, a route with another, as well as dates and starting schedules, with no refund to the participants.
Your personal information
Caravane spirit of Morocco will never disclose personal information such as names, passport numbers, birth dates, addresses, telephone numbers, emails or website addresses, or any other personal information used to identify individuals, for the purpose and use of other parties for any reason. We solely use information for our own records to contact for lost or forgotten items, or for emergency matters while traveling in Morocco. Caravane spirit of Morocco is not liable for any unlawful disclosure of any personal information obtained by or from outside sources.
Immunization
Morocco is generally free from pandemic disease, but your local travel clinic can best provide advice for updating which shots should be obtained at home before traveling anywhere. Some take several weeks or longer to be effective. Do not delay.
Passport
it’s recommended your passport be valid for 6 months after your first day of entry into Morocco.
Arrival and Departure
you’re fully responsible for your arrival and departure arrangements to and from Morocco, or if you decide to leave the tour early. However, you are welcome to arrive early or leave later
COMPLAINTS
if you have a problem, please notify us as soon as possible so Caravane spirit of morocco can offer a solution to your problem. Please do not wait until you return home and then decide there was something you didn't like. Caravane spirit of Morocco has contacts that can be reached by telephone from almost anywhere in Morocco (keep trying if you have connection problems, kasbah earthen walls, canyons and sand dunes are not friendly to telephone and internet connections). We’d also appreciate your comments in writing as well. Caravane spirit of Morocco is not responsible for complaints made after your tour ends.
Finally...
Please remember that the country you are traveling is still developing, things change, roads are slow, activities stop running or change format and weather can send the best laid plans out the door. We will do our best to provide what is planned and offer alternatives, but please take into consideration the nature of the journey that you are embarking on, and understand that a certain degree of flexibility is necessary!
